Board Positions

President - The president shall preside at meetings of the Board and exercise and perform such other powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board or prescribed by these Bylaws.  If no other person is designated as the chief executive, the President shall, in addition, be the chief executive and shall have the powers and duties prescribed in the chapter bylaws. The president shall preside at all meetings of the members and shall be chairman of the board of directors.

Vice President - The vice president shall act on behalf of the president as required.

Treasurer - The treasurer of the Corporation (the “Treasurer”) shall attend to the following: Books of Account, Financial Reports, Receipts and Deposits, Disbursement, Bond, and Audits.

Secretary - The secretary of the Corporation (the “Secretary”) shall attend to the following: Bylaws, the Minute Book, Notices, Corporate Records and Seal, and Correspondence.

Membership Chair - The membership chair shall attend to the following: Membership Records, Meeting Notifications, and Elections.

Education and Training Director - The training director shall attend to the identification and presentation of professional training opportunities to the membership.

Public Relations Director - The public relations director shall manage the public face of the chapter and its external presentation.

Recorder - The recorder shall keep records of meetings, speakers, and events of significance to the chapter.
